Kentu is a new technology-based company (NEBT) born from Herrekor, a company that has been in the industrial market for 42 years offering engineering solutions applied to products. Kentu focuses on generating knowledge through data. This data is collected by sensors and sent to the cloud by Kentu devices.
Kentu has three lines of business: consultancy, process and product.
- Consulting: technological and digital transformation support for SMEs.
- Process: the different critical and hitherto unknown parameters are sensorized and collected. In addition, data that the operator enters on a tablet can also be collected, eliminating paper from the plant. Thus, the optimization of the production lines is achieved, shortening production times by detecting the operating time of the machines and the stops with their reasons. The storage and subsequent analysis of these parameters not only improves the manufactured product itself, but also affects the improvement of the machines themselves, applying different maintenance techniques.
- Product: the objective is to constantly monitor the operation of the already manufactured product. Thus, in addition to ensuring its correct operation and preventing possible failures, it enables the manufacturer to offer after-sales services and open another line of business.
