Ctechnano Coating Technologies S.L. is a company devoted to the design and fabrication of Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) equipment.

ALD is a technology for deposition of conformal (100% coverage) coatings with homogeneous control of composition and physicochemical properties on any type of substrates. These substrates can be flat or with high aspect ratio, powders and particles of different sizes, fibers, etc. ALD coatings are pin-hole free and they show excellent adhesion and low stress. Their machines can grow films even on sensitive or porous substrates, where infiltration takes place (i.e. incorporation of the film in the substrate). They also work with plasma-assisted ALD devices.

Their vision is to provide customers with a whole solution regarding ALD technology. They offer their knowledge and tools to inspire novel solutions and applications. Therefore, they develop customized and innovative deposition protocols and equipment. Ctechnano conducts the design and manufacturing of the equipment, and also tailor the ALD recipe according to the needs of the customer.
